The new BCVA Bull Pre-Breeding Certificate is described. The certificates are available to BCVA members who have undergone training in the procedures involved. Until now there has been no officially recognised UK certificate that could be issued to owners or potential purchasers of breeding bulls. It is hoped that this certificate will be accepted by the industry and help to prevent unsuitable bulls being used for breeding.
