Overview of Education Structure
BCVA Council and Education Committee have reviewed the provision of CPD in the light of a survey of members in 2009. The outcome has been the establishment of a tiered approach to CPD provision to enable members in identifying CPD appropriate to experience, and to assist members to develop a structured approach to their education as part of career development.
Members should notice the provision of a Day One Skills list for undergraduates. Regional New Graduate courses delivering practical skills development are running in southwest and northwest England, and a Scottish course is being developed. Advanced courses are being developed for Autumn 2010.
